Purchase Mortgages
If you are interested in purchasing a new home nothing will give you “more purchasing power” then a pre-approval on your mortgage. We offer Fannie Mae and FHA Loans. We also offer “bank statement loans” for our self-employed clients who may not be able to verify all their income. And of course, we are very proud to offer V.A. loans to our Veterans. |
Re-Finance Mortgages
With today’s rates still being most recent/competitive, many of our clients are refinancing for several different purposes: a lower rate, combining their existing first and second mortgages, paying off a credit line or paying off other debts such as auto loans, student loans and credit cards. Reverse Mortgages
Not your grandparents’ reverse mortgage! Today’s restructured reverse mortgage offers protections for our clients and their heirs. Most people are not aware of this nor properly informed. Eliminating your monthly principal and interest payment can greatly increase your monthly disposal income. And in certain cases, depending on your equity, today’s reverse mortgage can also be used to eliminate both installment and revolving debt, resulting in a great increase to your monthly cash flow. And if your home currently has no mortgage, a reverse mortgage can be used to create a stream of tax-free monthly cash flow. Finally, and VERY important. There are two very important benefits with today's reverse mortgages: (1) You don't lose your home if one or both of you die. (2) If, upon the death of the remaining spouse, the value of the home is up-sidedown (like in 2008 when we had the real estate debacle), your beneficiaries are not liable for that difference. This means that the reverse mortgage is a Non-Recourse Mortgage!
